  Unfortunately, I've had one of the worst facials today with Tina! The facial included no steam for pore opening, no real extractions, and no facial massage. The whole process lasted for 20 minutes and my skin looks not any different than it looked before the facial. I left the facial room with black heads around my nose and cheeks and the feeling that the whole procedure was done in a hurry and in a non professional manner. Tina was half an hour late for our appointment, acted unconcerned about the client and was not particularly helpful with answers to my questions or suggestions about skin improvement. She BRIEFLY answered to the few questions I had. This is a fairly expensive facial ($100.00), and for that price one would expect a better service and results. If you decide to spend $100 on your next facial take your business someplace else or book an appointment with a different cosmetician. This review pertains only to the facial treatments offered at this location and not the Botox treatments which were not bad so far.

  I had breast reduction surgery last year. In the planning stages, I met with a few plastic surgeons in the Atlanta area, in order to decide who would be the most suitable one for me. Right from the start, I was impressed by everyone I spoke with in Dr. Kavali’s office. Her staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Her PA’s (Maggie and Alicia) are 1st class experts and a real pleasure to talk to. Dr. Kavali is incredibly knowledgeable and happens to be one of the most valued plastic surgeons in the States (I did a lot of research too…) However, what really put me at ease was her incredibly friendly disposition and her genuine concern about my well-being. I could tell that she really cared and was completely upfront and honest about the procedure and the expected results. I had no doubts she was the right doctor for my breast reduction. Dr. Kavali was not a “preferred provider” in my health insurance plan, but I decided it was worth taking out a loan and going with the surgeon I truly felt comfortable with. I am extremely happy with the results and my only regret is I didn’t do it years ago! I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Kavali! I will be forever grateful to her for helping me get to a point in my life where I can look in the mirror and say, “I really love my breasts!!”
